The State of Crypto: Policy and Regulation is a one-day event organized by CoinDesk on October 24, 2023. The event aims to unite key policymakers, regulators, government officials, and legal, policy, and compliance executives representing the largest and most influential TradFi and DeFi leaders in asset management and financial services. The goal is to establish the digital economy’s legal, regulatory, and compliance best practices for the future. The event will feature plenary sessions with key policymakers and regulators, breakout sessions for participants to connect with industry experts and their peers to discuss the most pressing digital assets' regulatory, compliance, and policy challenges, as well as interactive networking breaks and a post-conference cocktail reception.
